1. What is the return policy? 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at helloshopfripp@gmail.com. 

Once your return request is accepted via email, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

2. Will you have online ordering with in-store pickup?

At this time, we do not have any online exclusive items. Anything you see on our site is available in-store, so you can pop by when we are open and we'll be able to assist you there!

3. What are your shipping details?

As a small, family business, we fulfill and ship our orders twice weekly. Orders are shipped on Mondays & Thursdays, unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information that has more details on transit time. In most cases, we use USPS Priority Mail which takes anywhere from 2-4 days to reach most destinations.

4. Will you offer child/youth sizing?

Yes! We offer everything from infant sizing to adult XXXL! 

5. Do you offer special order requests?

You can always email us at helloshopfripp@gmail.com with any special requests you might have! We are always happy to help and see how we can best assist you with a special order!

6. What hours can customers reach out?

You can reach out to us here 24/7. You can expect a response within 24 hours via email, or by Monday if you reach out over the weekend. As a small, family operated business, we do our best to allow our team time with their families on the weekends.

Our Address is 1 Tarpon Blvd. STE 103, Fripp Island SC 29920

You can visit us even if you are not staying or live on Fripp Island, by parking in the lot to the right of the security gate. Our hours vary depending on the season, and they are kept up to date on our Facebook! We encourage you to check us out there at www.facebook.com/shopfripp
